Instructions for Joining MATI
1. Submit your information
a. On-line form: preferred (gives you the option of paying via Paypal or by check or money order); if paying by check or money order, you only need to mail the check.
OR
b. PDF form: Print and fill out the PDF and mail it to the address below.
2. Submit your payment
a. On-line via PayPal: you will be directed automatically to that Web site after filling out the online form.
OR
b. Mail a check or money order to the address below. Please make the check or money order payable to MATI or Midwest Association of Translators and Interpreters.
