This presentation is for students of healthcare interpretation or working interpreters seeking more information about the function of ethics committees and consultations in healthcare. Participants will define ethics, identify ethics integration in a system, discuss ethics committees & consultation, and review concepts that undergird patient’s right to choose or refuse treatment.
